ArcGIS License activation and update

For activating your ArcGIS Software or just update the license to CIIMAR usage, when you install the software, at the end, ArcGis Administrator will open and you have to choose the correct configuration. See the file below named "ARCGIS_IP_SERVER".

If your ArcGIS software was working just fine, and you get an error "Cannot connect to license server system (erro code = ...)", open ArcGIS Administrator on your PC, and please check the files below named ARCGIS_Step1 and ARCGIS_Step2.

For this to work, you have to be connect to our internal network or over VPN connection. For VPN, if you haven't configured it, please check our tutorials in this knowledge base.
